Florida title company - which we had no choice in using - was not at all professional, communicative, did not do the things that a NJ title company does, such as call for final water /sewer readings. Neither realtor nor the seller were compensated at closing. Seller finally received their proceeds wire two days later. None of this was Shawn's fault, she did a great job following up and sharing updates.
